LATHAM, N.Y. — A summit on plastic cards drew more than more than 60 credit union professionals from New York, Pennsylvania and some New England states, according to the New York Credit Union League. The second annual Plastic Card Forum in Ledyard, Conn., jointly hosted by Covera Card Solutions, New England Credit Union Services LLC and the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association.

Themed “Build Your Best House of Cards,” the two-day forum focused on all the tools and materials credit unions need today to ensure success in their cards area. How to stop phishing, what a credit union needs to know before deciding to keep or sell a card program and ATM diversification were just some of the topics covered by six industry experts on ATM, credit and debit card programs that addressed the gathering.
