RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – The California Credit Union League will offer its eTrain Webinars to Florida Credit Union League member credit unions as part of a new strategic partnership. The leagues plan to share more than 50 Webinars on topics like the Bank Secrecy Act, lending, and how to market to Generation X.
eTrain Webinars deliver audio via a live speaker over a phone line, while participants view the PowerPoint slides over the Internet. This format allows credit unions to lower costs by allowing them to present training to as many staff members as will fit in the training room.
"Extending our eTrain Webinars across state lines to credit unions in Florida promotes efficiency and is consistent with the cooperative nature of the credit union system," said Bill Cheney, California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues president and CEO.
