MADISON, Wis. — The Credit Union Executives Society will host a Webinar that reveals the results of a recent study and the related white paper, "21st Century Growth Strategies for Credit Unions," on Monday, April 14.
Franck Schuurmans, Ph.D, CAE, senior consultant and director of nonprofit practice, Decision Strategies International, Inc., Conshohocken, Pa., will host the free event at 10 a.m. Central time, accessible through the CUES website (www.cues.org).
The white paper is based on a survey of more than 100 CUES members from credit unions with $500 million and more in assets. It focuses on growth strategies, and outlines the need for executives and board members to understand their credit union's position, viability and differentiation in the marketplace.

"The pathways to sustainable growth are many and no single boiler plate approach will work. However, there are key questions that any credit union must address and this white paper provides an overview of some of the most important ones," Schuurmans said.
