CLEVELAND — Credit Union Business Solutions has announced the 2008 multistate schedule for its recently launched Partnership for Success seminar, a daylong workshop designed to strengthen the bonds between credit union CEOs and board chairs.

The Partnership for Success workshop was developed to address communication issues that often develop between credit union boards and senior management, which can lead to conflicts that affect everything from day-to-day operations and employee satisfaction to member service and fiscal performance.

The one-day workshop focuses on streamlining communications specifically between credit union CEOs and board chairs by:

? Identifying individual roles and responsibilities within the organization;

? Outlining challenges and roadblocks that inhibit clear communications and impede progress; and

? Defining individual management styles to enhance working relationships and foster growth.

Throughout the workshop, attendees will participate in exercises designed to develop a customized credit union plan of action, a roadmap outlining specific objectives, strategies and deliverables to ensure the ongoing success of the organization.
