BASKING RIDGE, N.J. — Hoping to share ways to make their small businesses more successful, Affinity Federal Credit Union has teamed up with ActionCOACH for a free coaching workshop.
The March 4 workshop will cover topics such as the stages of growth for a successful business and key dynamics that increase profitability.

In related news, as part of its Small Business Seminar Series, the $1.5 billion Affinity FCU will also host a March 11 session on covering metrics that can be implemented, data needed and common mistakes made when calculating the metrics used to determine quality in the recruitment/selection process.
