BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — OMNI Community Credit Union has become part of "Wheels to Work" by offering auto loans to qualified individuals in the program.

OMNI Community CU partnered with Michigan Goodwill Industries of Central Michigan's Heartland in joining Wheels to Work, a program that aims to provide transportation to those in need.

Vehicles are donated to Goodwill and then repairs are made to make the vehicles safe and road-worthy. The vehicle is then sold at a below-market value price to qualified buyers– individuals for whom transportation to-and-from work and financial status combine to create a serious barrier to employment.
