WASHINGTON — Pentagon Federal Credit Union (www.penfed.org) will be integrating its mortgage loan origination and servicing functions with a new enterprise content management system from Fiserv Inc.
The Nautilus ECM system will be used to help automate processes by imaging and routing files and prompting staff at the $11.2 billion CU to perform routine tasks established in standardized workflow, increasing productivity and efficiency, the company said.
The ECM tools will integrate with Pentagon FCU's existing UniFi PRO loan-origination system and Fiserv Loan Servicing Platform solutions, according to Wisconsin-based Fiserv (www.fiserv.com).
The Nautilus ECM platform is currently in use at more than 500 institutions, Fiserv said.
