LINDEN, N.J. — Integrated Media Management and XP Systems have integrated teller item capture with a core processing platform.
The integration allows users of the XP2 platform to scan checks at teller stations and automatically enter the data into the core platform, saving time and cutting down on errors, the companies said.
The integration tools will be in Release 15 of XP2, the Fiserv core processing unit said, and will add teller item capture to a list of integrated products that currently includes all of the products in Linden-based IMM's flagship suite, TotaleWorks.
John Edwards, president of XP Systems in Moorpark, Calif., said. “We've been very successful with all of the other IMM products, and we expect that teller item capture will provide our credit union customers with all of the efficiencies and intangible benefits that electronic check processing offers.”
