RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. — CUDL has again passed the scrutiny of a SAS 70 Type II audit for its CUDL and CUDL DApp systems.

The provider of Web-based point-of-sale and indirect lending application services to more than 600 credit unions and 9,000 car dealers in 45 states said it was the second straight year for the certification.

The examination of conducted by the CPA firm of McGladrey & Pullen and demonstrates CUDL's adherence to industry best practices in control objectives, activities and systems function, the company said.

“The SAS 70 Type II Certification is very important for us, as it is verification that our organization continues to have the processes and safeguards in place to protect the data and assets our credit union partners entrust us with,” said Gene Oishi, CUDL's vice president of operations.
