MALVERN, Pa. — Akcelerant Software LLC now is offering its credit union and bank clients a combination of its workflow and business automation processing suite and the collection software of CU Recovery Inc.

The "preferred partner" agreement makes CU Recovery of Wyoming, Minn., a distributor of the Akcelerant Framework and offers financial institutions an integrated, streamlined connector for placing and managing charge-off accounts, the companies said.

"We believe as the economy continues to stagnate and charge-offs continue to rise, a solution like this is what the industry needs," said Jay Mossman, president and CEO of Malvern-based Akcelerant, which serves more than 200 credit unions and banks in 44 states.
