NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas — Cypress Software Systems has placed a veteran of the CUNA LoanLink Center in charge of its customer support and product training.
Amy Johnson has been named vice president of product support for Cypress, a provider of automated credit decision applications to credit unions and other financial institutions in 17 countries.
Johnson had been director of client services and product development for the LoanLink Center in Dallas. There she led a team that managed more than 400 client relationships.
