UltraData Earns SCP Certification

Harland Financial Solutions says its UltraData Enterprise Group has earned certification from Service Strategies Corp. under the Service Capability and Performance (SCP) standards.

LAKE MARY, Fla. — Harland Financial Solutions says its UltraData Enterprise Group has earned certification from Service Strategies Corp. under the Service Capability and Performance (SCP) standards.

The provider of core processing and other electronic services to more than 600 credit unions had to pass comprehensive, on-site audits of its support center to meet the standards, which are used to quantify the effectiveness of client service based on performance metrics.
