MADISON, Wis. — After 20 years of service, Larry Halverson, one of the key players at MEMBERS Capital Advisors, will retire at the end of the year.

Halverson is MCA's managing director of equities and first came to CUNA Mutual Group's investment advisor affiliate in 1987. He is considered by many in the industry to be one of the go-to guys when it comes to investment trends and nuances impacting the credit union industry. His other roles include vice president of the Ultra Series Fund, one of MCA's nine mutual funds and providing investment direction for MCA's separately managed accounts and investment advisory services to MEMBERS Trust Company.

Halverson, 62, said he's retiring now “to do some other things while I still can.”
