Gladiator Enhances Security Management Tools

Two new product enhancements have been announced by Gladiator Technology Group, a division of ProfitStars/Jack Henry & Associates that provides managed security services to more than 500 financial institutions nationwide.

DALLAS — Two new product enhancements have been announced by Gladiator Technology Group, a division of ProfitStars/Jack Henry & Associates that provides managed security services to more than 500 financial institutions nationwide.

The first is Client Notes, an enhancement to the Customer Vault solution that lets financial institutions create an audit trail that documents their organizational responses to high- and medium-level security incidents as they occur and are detected by Gladiator’s 24x7x365 Security Operations Center.
