ST. LOUIS — The Missouri Credit Union Association has launched its "You Make the Difference" Advocacy Rewards Program.

Missouri House Minority Leader Paul LeVota (D-District 52) helped MCUA introduce its new advocacy rewards program during four statewide meetings held in Springfield, St. Louis, Jefferson City and Kansas City. He encouraged credit unions to talk about all the good work that they do in the community to help lawmakers' constituents. "You're not just part of an industry–you're part of a movement," LeVota said. "You're advocating for your members instead of customers, and I think that's very powerful."

The "You Make the Difference" program is designed to help credit unions do just that by rewarding and recognizing Missouri credit unions for their advocacy work.
