BRANCHING OUT

Hopewell Federal Credit Union, Newark, Ohio, held a VIP ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening of its new state-of-the art branch located at North 21st Street. The actual ribbon had $500 worth of $20 bills attached to it that Hopewell Federal donated to Operation Feed.EECU, Fort Worth, Texas, recently held the grand opening for its new Clifford Branch. During the Grand Opening week, members and nonmembers visited the newest branch in order to register for giveaways ranging from $250 to $5,000. The Grand Prize of $5,000 was awarded after one name out of 300 entries was drawn, Wagner Batchelor. Many families registered to win a Sea World/Shamu bicycle, the winner was Toni Bradley. In honor of the weeklong celebration, EECU also gave away a daily prize of $250. The winners of the daily prize giveaways were: Susie Gilinsky, Millicent Williams, Linda Smith, Jackson Collier, Misti Corbitt, and Lisa Wilson.
