RIVERWOODS, Ill. — Discover Card has scored the highest of all cards in terms of the Rewards and the Billing and Paying Process factors in the J.D. Power and Associates 2007 Credit Card Satisfaction Study, Discover Financial Services has announced.
The inaugural study analyzes the five factors critical to the level of satisfaction consumers have with their primary credit card companies. Discover Card ranked second among the top 10 credit card issuers studied, performing well above the industry average.
In addition to scoring the highest in the Rewards and the Billing and Payment Process factors, Discover Card scored within the top two of all other factors, including Benefits and Features, Fees and Rates, and Problem Resolution. Overall, Discover Card scored within the top two for customer satisfaction, commitment and loyalty.

Discover Card also received the highest score in the Billing and Payment Process factor, once again scoring well above the industry average in this area.
