ELGIN, Ill. — Lending Solutions Inc., a provider of lending center services and consulting programs for financial institutions, announced that it has been named the largest call center provider in terms of market share within the credit union space, according to Callahan & Associates.
Callahan's 2007 Credit Union Technology Survey, a source for evaluating credit union technology, listed LSI as serving almost 37% of credit unions with assets of more than $25 million using an outsourced call center arrangement, compared to its nearest competitor at 23% The 2007 data signifies a nearly 5% growth in market share for Lending Solutions from Callahan's 2006 statistics, according to LSI.
LSI currently serves more than 300 financial institutions including credit unions, banks and mortgage lenders, which access LSI's services through its National Loan Processing Center.
