HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — A familiar name in credit union technology circles has been named to the board at AdeptMedia Corp., a provider of targeted marketing technology.
The new director is Kai Ravnborg, now founder and president/CEO of AgilityFour, a Dandridge, Tenn., business management software and consulting company.
Credited as the developer of the first Windows-based core processing system for credit unions, Ravnborg's prior venture was CU Solutions Inc., an operation based in the Charlotte suburb of Fort Mill, S.C., that he later sold to Jack Henry & Associates. He also had started a new credit union for Westinghouse and was lead developer and architect of NCUA's multi-branch asset management system.

Ravnborg joins two other technology business veterans on the company's board: Alston Noah, vice president of business development for The Crafton Group and Timothy Taylor of Discovery Consulting LLC, both in Birmingham.
Two-year-old AdeptMedia was founded in Huntsville's BizTech business incubator. Its software helps organizations personalize and target marketing through the Internet and print.
"These new board members are stand-out technologists with outstanding business track records. Their executive management experience along with their proven entrepreneurial approach will help AdeptMedia stay at the forefront of its customer-driven focus on innovation," says AdeptMedia's Chairman Kathy Bazemore.
