MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif. — The $3.9 billion Kinecta Federal Credit Union is now using bill pay and other online services from Online Resources Corp. atop its Episys core processing system.

Kinecta moved its in-house bill payment processing to Online Resource's PayAnyone solution in August. Kinecta also is using e-statement, ACH processing and online account opening services through Online Resources' participation in Symitar's Vendor Integration Program, the company says.

"Online Resources' solution enables us to maintain our user interface, ensuring a seamless integration without members having to learn a new bill pay system. It also snapped in quite easily," says Shannon Doiron, Kinecta's director of e-commerce who led the development of the CU's proprietary online banking system.
