AWARDS

The Credit Union Association of Colorado’s (CUAC) marketing team recently won an award for their award-winning design of the Credit Union Foundation of Colorado and Wyoming’s 2005 Annual Report. The project won a Merit Award in the 2007 CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council Diamond Awards. The awards were announced during the Credit Union National Association’s Marketing & Business Development Council 14th annual conference in Las Vegas. The Merit Award was given to CUAC in the category of “Non-Agency CU Association/League Publications.” The Diamond Awards represent the pinnacle of credit union marketing and business development, and feature 35 categories. This year’s CMBDC awards competition received 1,175 entries. In addition to four “Best of Show” awards, judges awarded 116 Diamond Awards and 224 Awards of Merit. Nationally acclaimed judges evaluated entries based on five criteria: strategy, design and production, creative concept, copy and communication, and results. Each entry is judged against other entries in its category and asset division, when applicable.
