DALLAS — After serving in an interim role for the past year, John B. Lederer has been appointed the president/CEO of Credit Union of Texas, the board announced today.
A 29-year veteran in the financial services industry, Lederer joined the $1 billion Credit Union of Texas in 1996 as general counsel. Prior to that, he was with the Texas Credit Union League for 18 years where he served in a legal capacity, managed the governmental affairs area and served as interim president/CEO for one year.
Credit Union of Texas serves more than 175,000 members.
