WASHINGTON — After 16 months as CUNA's vice president of legislative affairs, Dean Sagar will be leaving the organization at the end of August.

Prior to joining CUNA's staff, Sagar served on the House Financial Services Committee staff under Chairman Barney Frank (D-Mass.).

"Dean is leaving on good terms with CUNA and with very positive feelings about credit unions and the members we serve. As you know he joined CUNA from the House Financial Services Committee and we have benefited from his knowledge and expertise," CUNA President/CEO Dan Mica commented.
