MIDDLETON, Wis. — Greystone Residential Funding, Inc. an emerging leader in wholesale lending, announced it has formed a new business relationship with Freddie Mac to bring more lending options to credit unions and other local community lenders. This will give Freddie Mac's clients access to mortgage products, technology, and a comprehensive set of tools and services to streamline and enhance mortgage operations, they said.
"We're excited that Freddie Mac has chosen Greystone to provide mortgage solutions to its customers," said Dan Rotert, president and CEO of Greystone. "We have developed our business model to focus exclusively on community lenders and to enable them to compete effectively in today's increasingly competitive market. We're highly attentive to serving the unique needs of these lenders by providing them with the best mortgage products and technology available, enabling their mortgage lending success."
Through the arrangement, Freddie Mac's customers can improve their mortgage operations through a loan origination system fully integrated with Freddie Mac's Loan Prospector(R), expanded sale capabilities and mortgage pipeline management capability, said Greystone in a release.
