ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Just over 100 executives from credit unions, credit union leagues and other organizations participated in the fourth Outreach Task Force Meeting that the agency is held to gather information about the agency's Member Service Assessment Pilot Program (MSAP).

The July 16 meeting took place in Los Angeles. The previous three meetings were held in Cincinnati, Boston and New Orleans.

NCUA Board Member Gigi Hyland hosted the meeting and assured attendees and that their contributions would be crucial to the deliberations of the Task Force, as it has made no decisions on any of the issues under consideration.
