MEDFORD, Ore. -- Rogue Federal Credit Union has recently broken ground on a new Eagle Point branch.

"I'm very excited to be home," said Rogue FCU President/CEO Gene Pelham, who is a graduate of Eagle Point High School. "Eagle Point helped me to become what I am today".

With an expected open date in the spring of 2008, the Eagle Point location will be the seventh full service branch for Rogue Federal.

The 3,200-square foot facility will have an open airy feel with lots of glass and include features such as two drive-up windows and a drive-up ATM. Currently Rogue Federal has approximately 4,000 members in the Upper Rogue area.

Pelham says the branch is a long time coming and after years of request for service by Eagle Point members, Rogue Federal is excited to finally be able to join the Eagle Point community.
