Riverside City Council Race Heats Up, Altura CU VP in Run-Off Election

Altura Credit Union Vice President of Marketing Donna Michalka is setting her sights on a Riverside City Council seat.

RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Altura Credit Union Vice President of Marketing Donna Michalka is setting her sights on a Riverside City Council seat.

Michalka was one of five candidates running for the open seat in Ward 5, one of seven wards that make up the city’s elected representatives. None of the Ward 5 candidates secured 50% of the vote, plus one, the requirement for winning the June election outright.
