RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. — The locals in Maui always say, "Here today, gone to Maui" and it's now true for CUDL's Market Research Analyst Joe James, who left to compete in the King's Trail Triathlon there on June 10 to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training.

James has put in the training necessary and told Credit Union Times he was "tapering down" a bit so that he'd be fully rested and ready to swim, bike and run while raising money for worthy cause. The human face of that cause is Gavin Ponsen, who is undergoing treatment for Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia.

It's not too late to help out, either. Anyone interested in showing support may donate and can do so by visiting http://www.active.com/donate/tntors/tntorsJJames1.
