RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. — CU Direct Corporation, which administers the CUDL indirect auto lending program, announced that Joe Greenwald has been appointed its vice president of marketing and communications.

Greenwald has more than 15 years experience in marketing management, including financial services entities focused on consumer information, direct marketing and business-to-business marketing.

"Joe will be an invaluable asset as we continue to grow our national auto lending network, expand our market presence and create new value for our credit unions, dealers and members," said Jerry Neemann, executive vice president of CUDL.

Greenwald's most recent position was senior director of marketing for the Consumer Information Solutions business unit at Experian, where he was instrumental in the development of the company's Client Promise program and its organization-wide, national roll-out. He also played a major role in the company's launch of several key services that enabled Experian's re-entry into the direct-to-consumer marketplace. He led a vertical marketing team responsible for growing services targeted at the

CU and automotive markets.

Greenwald earned his MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley. He is currently a board member and president-elect for the YMCA of Orange, Calif. and is involved in several other community organizations, including the Orange County (CA) Chapter of the American Red Cross.
