MERRIFIELD, Va. — Navy Federal Credit Union will make its debut in the Atlanta area with four new branch openings on June 25.

The $29 billion will open branches in Buckhead, Roswell, Snellville and Stockbridge, the latter considered one of the fastest growing communities in the country.

While this won't mark Navy Federal's first time in Georgia–it has branches in Albany, Athens, Kings Bay, Kingsland and St. Marys–it is the first time the credit union will have a presence in the Atlanta area.

Serving 2.8 million members, Navy Federal has 116 branch offices and 316 proprietary ATMs located around the world. Members can also use any of the more than 840,000 ATMs through the PLUS System and more than 25,000 fee-free ATMs through CO-OP Network to make cash withdrawals.

The CU is scheduled to open 31 new branches this year.
