SALT LAKE CITY — Mountain America Credit Union continues to receive accolades for its lending efforts.

The Small Business Administration recently presented the $2.2 billion credit union with two awards for its commitment to the small business community: Non-Bank Lender for 7(a) Loans and Non-Bank Lender for 504 Loans. The awards come a couple of months after two of Mountain America's loan officers were inducted into the Utah Certified Development Company's Million Dollar Club for providing loans in excess of $1 million.

"It is truly a great honor to be recognized by the Small Business Administration. It takes a great team to achieve such an honor," said Curtis Moon, vice president of SBA lending at Mountain America. "We have an entire business services team that is knowledgeable and available to help with every aspect of a business's needs. From loan officers and branch personnel to underwriters, closers, marketing and executives, we all work together for the business owner."
