EAGAN, Minn. — BCBSM Federal Credit Union is joining the growing list of credit unions opting for a name change.
In a nod to its valued and long association with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota while better reflecting its diverse membership, the credit union's new name is Bluestone Federal Credit Union
"Our new identity mirrors our desire to serve members with a solid foundation built from our strong core values," said Judy Root, president/CEO. "Although our name has changed, our focus will remain the same. In the best credit union tradition, we will continue to think of our members first."

Celebrating its 70th year of financial service and the new identity, Bluestone FCU has plans to host a celebration for its entire field of membership in early June.
