GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — CU*Answers says it's going live with a new online banking platform in October and announced the signing of seven new core processing clients.
The new online banking platform is called It's Me 247 and will feature targeted marketing features that will allow the CU to do such things as adjust the look and feel and offer products and services based on personalized member demographics.
CU*Answers says the service is continuing to develop. Updated details are available at www.itsme247.cuanswers.com.
Meanwhile, the seven new core processing clients are $57 million Aberdeen FCU in Aberdeen, S.D., $42 million Northern Hills FCU in Sturgis, S.D.; $37 million Lenco Credit Union in Adrian, Mich., $29 million Iosco Community CU in Oscoda, Mich., $12 million PCA FCU in Rittman, Ohio, $11 million Logan Community FCU in Bellefontaine, Ohio, and $7 million First Choice CU in Coldwater, Ohio.
CU*Answers (www.cuanswers.com) is a Grand Rapids-based CUSO with 167 clients in 16 states. Its current services include in-house and hosted core processing, Web site development, network design and security and check image processing.
