Texans Credit Union, Richardson, Texas, has selected Matthew Davis as executive vice president/chief marketing officer; Gregory Gallant as chief operating officer, executive vice president operations and technology; Kirk Hallum as chief technology officer; Tim McCoy as vice president, project management; Tanya Patterson as vice president, self-service; and Kevin M. Stewart executive vice president/chief financial officer of Texans CUSO Partners, LLC.
