New National Credit Union Foundation Board Member Mark Twisdale (right foreground) participated in a site visit during his first NCUF Board meeting. Twisdale and his fellow NCUF Board members visited a new home site made possible by the El Paso Affordable Housing CUSO, one of NCUF's largest grantees. This new four-bedroom, 1,400 square-foot home was sold for just $74,000 to a low-income family who received homeownership counseling from the CUSO. The counseling program is brought to credit unions by NCUF through federal grants from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.
