WASHINGTON — Congressman Nick J. Rahall (D-W.V.) recently announced that NCUA had awarded a credit union from his state a technical assistance grant from the Community Development Revolving Loan Fund.

NCUA gave the $5,000 TAG to Trivantage Community Federal Credit Union of Huntington under the Building Internal Capacity Initiative, according to Huntingtonnews.net.

Rahall was quoted as saying, "This grant will help the Trivantage Community Federal Credit Union continue to build on its outstanding record of service to the Huntington community. Since 1961, when it conducted its first transaction from the trunk of a car, with a shoebox serving as its depository, Trivantage has helped many West Virginians achieve the American dream."
