David Frankil took over the top spot at NAFCU Services Corporation, NAFCU’s for-profit arm, as of July 6. He replaced Keith Nolan. Frankil most recently served as managing director for the Washington Region of Gates and Company, a management consulting and investment banking firm based in Wilmington, Del. Prior to that, he was the CEO and co-founder of Virtual Compliance, Inc., a software firm that he grew to a 30-person organization. Nolan left NSC in May after five years to join Prime Alliance Solutions, Inc., a mortgage CUSO and an NSC Preferred Partner. During his five years at NSC, Nolan increased the number of Preferred Partners from nine to 22. Prior to heading up NSC, Nolan served for 12 years at PSCU Financial Services ending as executive vice president and chief marketing officer. He worked in operations and marketing at Visa USA for seven years prior.
