LOWELL, Mass. — Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union got in the Halloween spirit by participating in the ninth annual MonsterBash sponsored by The Kiwanis Club of Greater Lowell and the Tsongas Arena.

The MonsterBash provides children age 12 and under, a safe old-fashioned Halloween party that includes trick-or-treating, games and arts and crafts.

Decorating a booth based on DC Comics' The Justice League, 10 JDCU staffers transformed into superheroes and villains ranging from Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, The Flash and Supergirl to Catwoman, The Joker, Harley Quinn and Solomon Grundy. The set depicted a Metropolis skyline complete with Clark Kent's infamous phone booth. While Justice League music was playing in the background, the superheroes and villains entertained and interacted with several thousand trick-or-treaters throughout the night.
