First American Credit Union, Beloit, Wis., has promoted Ruben Burgos to relationship manager and Samantha Mireles to accountant. Credit Union of Ohio, Columbus, Ohio, recently appointed Rich Capuano to CEO. Citizens Equity First Credit Union, Peoria, Ill, has promoted Dianna Hunter to member center manager for the Normal, Ill. Member Center, and appointed Greg Davis to cash operations manager and Doug Swan to member center manager for the Bloomington, Ill. Member Center. Indian Credit Union League, Indianapolis, has presented Robert Sturm, a member of Fortress Federal Credit Union’s board, with a 2006 Volunteer Achievement Award.
