CoastHills FCU Smoothes Merger Process With T|Factor KnowledgePortal eLearning

CoastHills Federal Credit Union has completed its merger with $54 million Atascadero Federal Credit Union.

LOMPOC, Calif. — CoastHills Federal Credit Union has completed its merger with $54 million Atascadero Federal Credit Union.

CoastHills Federal Credit Union, with $505 million in assets, was established in 1958 at Vandenberg Air Force Base, but has expanded since then to serve San Luis Obispo and northern Santa Barbara Counties through 10 branches, a call center, and online services.

CoastHills completed the merger with the help of T|Factor's KnowledgePortal eLearning. "Thanks to our customized corporate university solution STUDIOe, which is powered by T|Factor's KnowledgePortal, we were able to accomplish all required training for all new staff in a short time with ease," CoastHills Manager of Employee Education and Development Carolyn White explained.
