MADISON, Wis. — Attorneys in the wrongful termination case against CUNA were granted an additional week to submit their initial briefings in the matter.

The original due date on the briefings in the case of Mike Miller vs. CUNA playing out at the Madison Equal Opportunity Commission was delayed from Oct. 16 until Oct. 23.

Miller has accused CUNA of relieving him as senior vice president of association services in response to complaints he made about CUNA's Madison Chief Operating Officer John Franklin alleging Franklin made discriminatory remarks that made Miller and other staff uncomfortable. CUNA has argued that Miller is simply upset that he was not selected for the COO spot and he has constantly worked to undermine Franklin.
