YORK, Pa. — In honor of the fifth anniversary of 9/11, the York Chapter of Credit Unions hosted a private showing of the film Flight 93.
Airing on 9/11 at the Strand Capitol Performing Arts Center, the film pays tribute to the heroic passengers and crew of United Airlines Flight 93 who decided to fight back against the terrorists and sacrifice their lives for their country.
An introduction of the film was made by relatives of a flight crew member and the York City Fire Department Chief shared his experiences of helping in the aftermath of the World Trade Center.

A limited number of tickets were sold to the event with all proceeds benefiting the United 93 Memorial Fund.
