BROOKFIELD, Wis. — Thirty-four high school seniors from around the country have been awarded a total of $50,000 toward their college tuition thanks to the Education Exchange college grant program offered by Fiserv's EFT ACCEL Network.
The grants came in the form of four $5,000 grants and 30 $1,000 grants based on scholastic achievement, volunteerism, extracurricular activities, character and leadership. An essay was required from the students as well as statement of financial need.
This year's $5,000 grant recipients were Molly Kate Bohlke of Long Beach, Miss.; Brandi George of Orlando, Fla.; Neeraj Nagarajan of Tamuning, Guam; and Rudy Ramirez of Tulare, Calif.
