Tower Federal Credit Union, Laurel, Md., appointed Sean Zimmerman as vice president of operations and technology. Penn East Federal Credit Union, Scranton, Pa., has named Theresa Beavers and Kate Duffy full-time tellers in the Clarks Summit branch and Danielle Faramelli member services representative. Municipal Credit Union, New York, has appointed Ralph Pagan to vice president of marketing. Service Credit Union, Portsmouth, N.H., has named Emily Owens financial service representative I; Greg Kennedy assistant branch manager; and Sara Stewart member service representative I. The CU has also promoted Eric Potter to contact representative II. Mid-Atlantic Corporate Federal Credit Union, Middletown, Pa., re-elected Director Richard C. Burtnett; Dennis Flickinger; and J. Charles Forney to three-year terms. Incumbent Director Brian J. Vittek was elected to fill a one-year term. The following officers were also re-elected: Chair Constance Wheeler; Vice Chair Joan Moran; Treasurer Richard C. Burnett; and Secretary William J. Burke. The New York State Credit Union League, Latham, N.Y., has promoted Kathy Bartley to director of mortgage servicing.
