KEMBA Financial's recent growth and its upcoming merger with Core One Credit Union has created the need for additional office space and room for expansion. The new facility is 37,000 square feet and located just off of 1-270 and Hamilton Road in Gahanna. According to KEMBA CEO Jerry Guy the location was chosen for its accessibility and "the great value the building will be to the organization in the long run." KEMBA purchased the existing building and has completely re-constructed the inside to give it a more updated, modern look. The move will impact the Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Accounting, Technology, Lending, and Call Center departments. The new facility allows KEMBA to occupy approximately 26,000 square feet and provides another 11,000 to be leased out. At this time, there are no plans to house a branch within the new facility.
