LENEXA, Kan. - Allison Waggoner has been elected the new chairman of $1.5 billion CommunityAmerica Credit Union. LENEXA, Kan. - Allison Waggoner has been elected the new chairman of $1.5 billion CommunityAmerica Credit Union. Waggoner's credit union experience started in 1991 when she joined the board of Yellow Financial Credit Union, the credit union serving staff members of her employer at the time, Yellow Freight, now YRC Worldwide Inc. Yellow Financial Credit Union later became part of CommunityAmerica. Waggoner will serve a one-year term, the credit union said. CommunityAmerica serves 122,000 members.
