SALEM, Ore. -MaPS Credit Union’s new Administration Center is making a name for itself.

Recently, First Commercial Real Estate, Salem, was awarded the Bill Frey Commercial Transaction of the Year Award by the Salem Association of Realtors for its work in brokering the sale and development of the new MaPS building. Brokers Terri Frohnmayer and Jeff Corner worked with key players at MaPS, developers, the City of Salem, and downtown neighborhood associations to ensure that the complex transaction was successful.
