TOTOWA, N.J.- During National Credit Union Youth Week area kids will be introduced to North Jersey Federal Credit Union's new Kids Kash Club. For the first time children under the age of 18 can open their own custodial account and enjoy benefits ranging from free New Jersey Jackals Kids Club Membership, to participation in the National Youth Savings Challenge. The National Youth Saving Challenge is a real-life exercise in making money grow. NJFCU will report goals and results for new youth accounts, number of young members saving, and total youth deposits during the week to CUNA. At the end of the contest, CUNA will report the deposits, plus offer $100 cash prizes to youth at 10 participating credit unions.
