RICHARDSON, Texas – Texans Credit Union and Dallas County Credit Union have agreed to merge. Slated to be completed in April, the merger will result in Texans CU serving over 163,000 members and having total assets of over $1.5 billion. DCCU will continue to run as a separate entity until the conversion process is completed. “This merger is a good step forward in our desire to better serve the people of Dallas County,” said Texans CU President/CEO David Addison. “We look forward to welcoming the 7,500 DCCU members into the Texans Credit Union family.”
