In addition Scott CU has promoted the following employees: Christine Clements to training and resources manager; Christina Hahs to branch operations manager; and Kim Taylor to consumer loan manager. Heritage Credit Union, Madison, Wis., has named Dawn Kaczmark mortgage specialist and China Crowell teller supervisor.
